Training camp & long stays

Live the training, not just the holiday

A training camp is a different pace of life. You train twice a day, eat, recover and train again. Whether you come for one week or three months, the programme is built around your level and how much time you have.

The blueprint

How a camp actually develops

Nothing is rushed. The plan changes with how you recover, not with a calendar.

01

Phase 1 · Arrive and settle

We look at your stance, movement and conditioning so the rest of the camp is built on real information rather than guesswork.

02

Phase 2 · Build the volume

Two sessions a day, pads every morning, technique and conditioning in the afternoon. Volume rises only as fast as you can absorb it.

03

Phase 3 · Sharpen the details

Timing, distance and defence become the focus. Clinch work and controlled sparring appear if you want them.

04

Phase 4 · Test and recover

Harder rounds, a clear recovery plan and an honest review of what to work on when you go home.
