Question 1

Do I need previous Muay Thai experience?

Accepted Answer

No. Beginner sessions assume zero experience and start from stance and guard. Tell us it is your first time when you book so we place you in the right group.

Question 2

Can complete beginners join?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our beginner programme is the main entry point, and group sessions include students at every level.

Question 3

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Accepted Answer

No. Come as you are. Training builds fitness over time, and you can pace yourself in every round.

Question 4

What should I bring to training?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable shorts, a t-shirt, a towel and drinking water. Hand wraps are useful from your first session. Gloves can usually be rented or bought on site.

Question 5

Is equipment available at the gym?

Accepted Answer

Gloves, wraps and shared training equipment are available according to what the gym stocks. Confirm with reception before you arrive so we can reserve your size.

Can women train?

How long is a typical class?

Accepted Answer

Session lengths vary by programme. The exact duration is confirmed when your booking is accepted.
